The last update to our Privacy Policy was posted on August 19, 2024.  This document governs the privacy policy of our Website, https://www.bergentotalhealth.com/ Any capitalized terms not defined herein will have the same meaning as where they are defined elsewhere on our Website.

At Patient Registration

When you register as a patient, we collect your name, date of birth, email address and other personal information that will help us in making medical decisions to address your health concerns.
